From overdue to recovered, step by step
One dedicated advocate, a notice within 24 hours, and settlement first. Court only when it's needed, with updates at every step.
- Step 1बकाया बिल भेजें
Share the overdue invoice
An invoice crosses your payment terms. If you use FundRaksha Collect it's flagged automatically; otherwise just tell us about it and upload your documents.
- Step 2आपका वकील तय
Your advocate is assigned
Within 24 hours of complete documents, a dedicated advocate takes your case. They review the invoice, purchase order, delivery proof and messages, and pick the track: MSME, Section 138, civil or arbitration.
- Step 3कानूनी नोटिस
Legal notice in 24 hours
A demand notice, Section 138 notice or MSME Act notice, signed by your advocate. Sent as an e-notice within 24 hours, then by registered post with proof of delivery saved.
- Step 4बातचीत
Advocate calls and negotiates
Your advocate calls the buyer, explains the legal consequences and negotiates. A professional tone protects your business relationship.
- Step 5समझौता और किस्तें
Settlement & payment plan
The buyer agrees to pay in full or in instalments, and the settlement is put on record. About 60% of our cases close at this stage, without any court case.
- Step 6ज़रूरत हो तो कोर्ट
Filing and court, if needed
If talks fail (about 40% of cases), the same advocate files on MSME Samadhaan, a Section 138 complaint, a civil suit or arbitration, and appears in court for you. Court fees are borne by you.
- Step 7पैसा वापस
Money recovered
The buyer pays by settlement, order or award. Our 30% fee applies only to what is actually recovered.
60% of cases close before court
Most buyers respond to a firm notice and a call from an advocate. We put the agreement on record, and if an instalment is missed, your advocate files the case.
